Using this site
The content of this website is for general information about EFT and Matrix Reimprinting. It is not advice, and it is not a diagnosis. Please read the practitioner disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Accuracy
Every effort is made to keep this site accurate and up to date, but no warranty is given that it is complete or current. Where research is mentioned, it is described as research and not as settled fact.
Booking a call
The booking calendar below the enquiry form on the contact page is provided by Calendly, which is not part of this website. Using it means accepting Calendly’s own terms as well as these. A slot you confirm there is a booking for a free discovery call and nothing more: it is not a session, and it commits neither of you to any further work.
Erica may need to move or cancel a discovery call occasionally. If that happens you will be told as early as possible and offered another time. If you cannot make a booked time, cancel or rebook using the link in your confirmation email.
Sending the enquiry form, or contacting Erica by email or telephone, is an enquiry rather than a booking. Nothing is confirmed until she has replied and a time has been agreed with you directly.
Session terms
The terms for sessions themselves, including fees, session length, cancellation and confidentiality, are agreed with you directly before any work begins. They are not set out on this website.
