Erica Alheit
I am an Advanced EFT and Matrix Reimprinting mentor and practitioner, based in London.
I have always had a good listening ear, along with warmth, humour and understanding. I have also had a deep intuitive sense of what makes people tick. EFT and Matrix Reimprinting is a perfect fit for me to offer my support to people who genuinely want change in their lives.
Why this work matters to me
This process has brought me great joy, both through my own journey of healing and growth, and through helping other people change stuck patterns.
It is a privilege to share part of a client’s journey and help them discover new ways of living with greater freedom, empowerment and self-love.
My earlier experience
Growing up
I remember how low I felt when I was younger, especially during my teenage years. From inside an anxious and depressed state of mind, I could not imagine how wide the world was, or that another way of living might be possible.
School
I was an ADHD child who received a great deal of negative feedback at school. I struggled with self-esteem and self-belief for many years, and began to believe that those difficulties defined who I was.
The years that followed
Many important decisions in my life were influenced by negative beliefs I had adopted about myself. I did not yet know that I could shift those beliefs and choose another way.
Life today
Rather than feeling limited and stuck, I am excited about life and feel curious about where my journey may take me. I sleep better than I did when I was younger, and experience a lightness of being that once felt impossible.
Today, I live mostly with peace in my heart and calm in my mind. I know myself beyond the false beliefs I adopted at an early age, and I know that the narratives of my life do not define me.
